Abstract

Tips provide workers with additional income and, therefore, there is an interest in their distribution among this group. However, except in the case of casinos, in general, companies have stayed out of this matter. Today, the donation of tips through electronic payment has sparked interest in this income. This article comprehensively addresses the study of tips to elucidate its legal regime in the field of Labor and Safety Law.
