Debating about the structure of the labor process

The structure of the labor process in Spain has not had major changes since its origins at the beginning of the 20th Century. This regulation may not have aged well and it is advisable to consider reforming it. This is quite evident regarding the «single hearing» and «sole instance». The purpose of this paper is aimed at addressed these issues, as well as those related to the reordering of labor procedural modalities.
