The current wording of the regulation regarding the duration of employment contracts within the Workers' Statute raises significant interpretative challenges, leading to doctrinal divisions and numerous practical issues that must be addressed by the courts. Therefore, this study highlights eight examples in which these deficiencies are particularly intense. It also provides, despite the ambiguity of legal terms, proposed solutions deemed most appropriate in each case.
