Abstract

In terms of contracts and subcontracts for works and services, the labor legal system establishes a system of joint or subsidiary responsibilities whose ultimate goal is to guarantee the effectiveness of workers’ rights. To the 66 n Raquel Aguilera Izquierdo analysis of the joint and several responsability of the main employer of obligations of a salary nature incurred by contractors and subcontractors, and administrative responsibilities as well as, in your case, criminal and civil liability for damages that may arise from non-compliance by employers with their obligations in terms of occupational risk prevention, this study is dedicated.
