This study aims to analyze the differences in treatment between union organizations in the field of collective action in the company, inequalities that may have their origin in the legal regulation of union representation, but also in collective bargaining and in the unilateral decisions of the employer. The objective is to determine what rights non-representative unions have and the conditions under which they can exercise union action in the company.
