After the labor reform of 2021, the repeal of the work contract and the disconnection between temporary cause and contract, raises a new paradigm of indefinite labor contracting in contracts. This study analyzes the legal regime of discontinuous fixed contracts of contracts, of ordinary indefinite contracts and of temporary contracts in the field of contracts, after this important change in the labor contracting paradigm.
